Return Policy
Please understand that the items we sell are seasonal products and therefore our return period for products is
shorter than with other products and merchants. Additionally, some of our products are special ordered, are made
to order, or are customized to your particular needs. As a result all sales are final on some of our products and
refunds will not be issued for these items. Therefore it is important to familiarize yourself with our return policy
BEFORE placing an order. By placing an order you are agreeing to the terms and conditions set forth in our
Return Policy.

Items that are NOT RETURNABLE

All sales are final on the following items and are not returnable for a refund: misting systems, fogging systems,
misting fans, misting pumps, special orders, and custom items. These items will only be fixed or replaced, at our
discretion, if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Items that are RETURNABLE

With the exception of the above mentioned items under the "Items that are not returnable" category, returns will
gladly be accepted on all other items within 10 days from the date of delivery for a refund. Items that are being
returned must be in
new and unused condition. Items that are eligible for return are not returnable once they
are used unless they are defective.

All non-defective merchandise that is returned for a refund is subject to a 20% restocking fee. The buyer will be
responsible for all return shipping costs and costs to originally ship the item to the customer (unless we sent a
damaged, defective, or incorrect item). It is important to understand that after 30 days from the date of purchase,
we are unable to issue refunds for credit card orders. That is why we require you to contact us within 10 days
from the date of delivery if you intend to return an item.

Before returning any item you
MUST first obtain a Return Authorization Number by contacting us. The Return
Authorization Number
must be placed on the outside of the shipping box. Some items may not be returned
directly to us, so at the time you are obtaining a Return Authorization Number, we will provide you with a ship to
address for the item(s) you are returning. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items that are being
returned to us. Please make sure your package is adequately packed and insured for the amount of the item you
are returning in case it is damaged or lost by the shipping carrier.

Merchandise that is returned to us without our authorization or without a Return Authorization Number will not be
processed and a refund or credit will not be issued. Additionally we may refuse the shipment and have it returned
to the sender or you will be responsible for return shipping and packaging costs to return the item to you.

Items that Arrive Damaged

If an item arrives damaged, it is important that you notify both us and the shipping carrier of the damage as soon
as possible. Most carriers require damage claims to be filed within 7-10 days of delivery and that is why it is
important to notify both us and the shipping carrier of any damaged items as soon as possible. We insure our
shipments with the shipping carrier at no additional cost to you. If your item arrives damaged we will send out a
replacement item or parts as soon as possible and be reimbursed from the shipping carrier for the damaged item.
