Misting Block Systems
Closeup view of 3 nozzle Misting Block

2, 3, 4, 5, 7, and 10 nozzle blocks available
Our misting block systems are ideal for misting applications where you need a cluster of misting nozzles in a specific location. Typical
applications for our block misting systems include mist cooling, dust control, odor control, manufacturing processes, agricultural, and many
more. Our misting block systems consist of high pressure nylon tubing, aluminum misting blocks, and push to connect fittings.

The misting blocks are available with either brass or plastic misting nozzles. The plastic misting nozzles are chemical and corrosion resistant and
will work with either or high or low pressure water. Brass misting nozzles will work with high and low pressure water, but they have a tendency to
drip with low water pressure. All misting nozzles whether brass or plastic have a built-in mesh screen filter to prevent nozzle clogging.

Installing our block misting systems is very simple. Simply order the components you need below and start putting your block misting system
together. Cut the tubing to the desire length between misting blocks and mount the misting blocks in place by using screws or nails. Each
misting block has pre-drilled mounting holes on all sides for easy mounting. At the beginning of the system is where your water connection will
be located. At the end of the system you will want to remove the last push to connect fitting in the end misting block and put a 1/4" NPT pipe
plug in it's place to terminate the water flow.

Key Components

Misting Blocks: Misting blocks are machined from high quality 1" or 1.5" square aluminum block and are anodized black with pre-drilled
mounting holes on all sides. Misting blocks feature 1.5" nozzle spacing (center to center) and are available with 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, or 10 misting
nozzles. Standard size misting nozzle is 0.63gph@40psi, 1.00gph@40psi
(Low Pressure) or 1.10gph@1000psi (High Pressure). This nozzle size
is used for mist cooling applications and also works well for dust control applications. Higher flow rate misting nozzles can be installed if needed,
contact us for more information. Misting blocks are conjoined together by using 1/4" OD tubing. You can order high pressure Nylon tubing below
for low or high pressure applications. Each misting block has push to connect style fittings on each end to accept the tubing.

Nylon Tubing: Our high pressure Nylon Tubing has a working pressure of 850psi@70ºF and a burst pressure of over 3000psi. It can be used
for high or low pressure water. The Nylon tubing is semi rigid but offers some "flex".  If you prefer to not use Nylon tubing, we recommend using
1/4" outside diameter high pressure stainless steel tubing between misting blocks.

Tubing Cutter
Use this high pressure Nylon tubing between your misting blocks. Sold in various lengths below and is easily cut with a tubing cutter, which is also
available below. A tubing cutter must be used to cut the tubing, otherwise there will not be a safe, secure connection between the tubing and
misting blocks. 1/4" outside diameter (OD) Nylon tubing with a working pressure of 850psi@70psi and a burst pressure of over 3000psi. Use for
high and low pressure misting blocks.
